Diamond Braces Orthodontist: Braces & Invisalign

The person who replaced my wire was very annoyed when I asked him to cut my wire ends shorter because they were scratching my cheeks. I didn't want to ask him twice due to his annoyance, so I thought that I would give it a day or so for the sensitivity to go away. Upon the next day, the right side was cutting up my cheek despite him cutting the wire shorter once. I drove to this office during the opening hours posted on Google maps, but arrived at closed doors. Please fix your hours on Google maps and dont get annoyed when clients ask for their wires to be cut shorter so that they dont cut up their cheeks.

The absolute worst place for invisalign. No one knows what they are doing or why you even have an appointment. Insanely short staffed, and slow work ethic. I have had the same invisalign trays for 3 months now because no one will call me back to discuss billing and payment. The office is always closed. The phone number listed is just the answering service so you never actually speak to someone in the office, the service just “puts in a ticket” for the office to call you back (which they never do). I do not recommend this place! Go somewhere more reliable and not a chain!
